We have had inspection issues which involved us dropping our asking price, the bank never acknowledging our price change or approval of the short sale at a higher price but Marcie getting involved resulted in the price being dropped after short sale approval. The purchase price of the units were extremely low so I know that Marcie did not earned much commission on these deals. This fact never seemed to affect her customer service.
