I grew up in Connecticut, attended college in Florida, and years later found my way to the Space Coast. I have been in real estate full-time for over 35 years. I learned early on that I loved to help people and what better way to do that by helping them find their dream home. It is understood that for most people home buying might be the largest purchase they may ever make. 

With that said, I believe it’s important to hone your craft, do what you love, and do it to the best of your ability. I stay current with all of the NAR training. My designations are as follows:

CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) - Designation for real estate professionals who want to grow their international business.

AHWD (At Home with Diversity) Certificate - Designed to enable realtors to work successfully within a rapidly changing multicultural market. It helps us learn diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market.

CSA (Certified Staging Advocate) - A real estate professional who has completed a designation class from the Real Estate Staging Association.

TRC (Trans-national Referral Certification) - This allows us to work effectively with clients referred from agents of other countries desiring to obtain property in the USA and to support local clients in connecting with foreign real estate professionals to accomplish their property objectives in areas outside the USA.

I have a tenacious work ethic and possess both emotional intelligence and professional poise. I am in constant communication with my clients as we go through the process and continually go above and beyond the Realtor call of duty. I am multifaceted, present for my clients, and still find the time to give back to my Space Coast community and church. I believe being well-rounded affords me the ability to see the whole picture of who you are as my client and what suits you best.

As a full-time agent on the Tropical Team, my focus is to assist sellers in preparing their homes for sale so that they may receive top dollar in a competitive market. My expertise is residential new build and existing construction. I have experience with commercial property, as well. I work hard to create a personalized and dynamic marketing strategy for each home that I sell and find you a home that suits your wants and needs.
